I have provided traditional and innovative legal representation to men, women, and children in Vermont Family Court's since 1992. I am dedicated to providing my clients with the highest quality vigorous advocacy.
I provide consultation and second opinions to other members of the bar whose primary practice area is not family law. A significant portion of my practice also involves alternative dispute resolutions, such as mediation and collaborative law. I work as a mediator for couples with or without representation who seek an alternative to litigation. I utilize a team approach with other professionals such as financial advisors, accountants, mental health experts, asset appraisers and others. I have practiced in nearly all counties throughout the State. I represent clients in all forms of domestic conflict such as divorce, asset allocation, spousal support, custody and visitation, dissolution of civil unions, probate court adoptions and guardianships, and relief from abuse proceedings. |
